Marie Windmueller was born in Germany. Came to the US in 1868 with 5 of her (6) children. Wilhelmine was 13 (oldest dau) and youngest was Sophia Williams nee Mutert who was 6 months. The oldest son, Fritz and his father came to America to find work and a place to live. First home was in the field by Glen Luetkemeyer when you turn into Sherwood on the left.
