Manvel L. Holt of Foristell, Missouri passed away on August 7, 2023 at the age of 86. Manvel was born on August 12, 1936 to Paul and Hilda (Schemmer) Holt. He was born and raised in Foristell, MO and loved living on the farm and taking care of his animals. He graduated from University of Missouri and was a big sports fan. He enjoyed watching baseball and University of Missouri football. Most of all, he loved his family and spending time with them.
Manvel is survived by his two sons, John (Rhonda) Holt of St. Louis City, MO, Steven Holt of St. Charles, MO; daughter, Amy (Tim) Kilz of Foristell, MO; five grandchildren, Jordan, Alex, Carley, Jack, Quinlan, and Lukas; He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma (Miller) Holt, father, Paul Holt, mother, Hilda (Schemmer) Holt, and sister, Marilyn Rosburg.
Visitation: Saturday, August 12, 2023, 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Service: 3:30 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, 1545 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville, MO. Interment in St. John's United Church of Christ Cemetery, Cappeln, MO.
