Weldon Spring Area.T45N R3E. Enclosed with good barbed wire fence, area 40x41, with 3 markers in 1988 - visited 17 Jan 1988 by Ken Kamper & Larry Prager. The stone for Jacob and Louise Schneider is flat on ground in southwest corner of St. John's UCC Cemetery at Cottleville, remains moved in the early 1940s. Stone for Geo. Jacob Schneider is not found in 1988.
Henry and his family immigrated to America in 1839 where they arrived in New Orleans. In Germany he was a farmer and baker. By 1840 he had arrived at Hamburg. He plotted upper Hamburg and built the first home there.
