One long grave covered with flat stones piled about 18" high, held in place by two large flat stones.  Grave 7' long said to be the grave of William Pitman .
There are eight graves marked by flat stones-some covered with lichen-some with green moss.
  • Thomas Pitman married a Miss Berry of Warren Co., Ky  A dau. Rachel married Christopher Hutchings, who settled in  St. Chas. Co. in 1811.  Ref. p. 180 PFM
  • Milton Lewis maried Sally Hutchings, Oct. , 1813.  Ref. C.C. Records

A square large enough for two graves is enclosed in about a 4 ft. wall made of rocks piled togetther without mortar.  Flat stones placed upright and close together form to top.  Said to contain the graves of two children.   Info Mr. Geo Burton    Dec. 27, 1935
