headstones face down embedded in tree. Above was the only stone
readable.
In 1988, in the middle of a field in a group of trees, a group of
stones are found, but none with inscriptions. The property now
belngs to Vogts; was Lindsay property at an early date, later Sharp and
Keaveny. Survey #3035. There is no fence, and cattle
have the run of the field. At least part of the area may have
been a slave burying ground. Visited Autumn, 1987 by Lucille
